Insurance Information

While we have made every attempt to associate PremiereScan with all possible payors, there are times when we are not able to contract with some. As a good “rule of thumb,” always verify coverage for the prescribed scan with your insurance carrier before arriving at PremiereScan. We, the provider of a service, want to ensure the lowest possible out-of-pocket costs for you, the patient. Should your insurance for some reason not cover the procedure with PremiereScan, maybe we can find a suitable and appropriate alternative. As with any service provided under insurance coverage, you, the patient, are ultimately responsible for any and all costs not covered by your insurance carrier.

Many insurance plans require their members to obtain pre-authorization for some diagnostic tests. Although we process insurance authorizations at PremiereScan, please contact your plan prior to scheduling your exam to verify plan coverage and any pre-authorization requirements.
